Week 1 at Baltimore Ravens

The most challenging game of the 2020 season will come on their first week. The Browns will have to travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens for the first game of the season. The Ravens went 14-2 during the regular season in 2019 and their quarterback Lamar Jackson won the MVP award. The Baltimore Ravens are an immensely productive team and will test the Browns in Week 1.

The Browns actually managed to hand the Ravens one of their two losses last season when they defeated Baltimore 40-25. It was the best performance of the season for Cleveland. The second matchup of 2019, the Ravens routed the Browns 31-15 and it was never close.

The Ravens had a really good draft, as they addressed linebacker, receiver, and running back. They also boosted their already talented defensive line by trading for Pro Bowler Calais Campbell. The Ravens team that went 14-2 got even better this offseason.

The Browns also got much better from last year, however changing your coaching staff and front office with a short offseason can cause some potential problems for the team to get fully prepared. The Ravens will have a few advantages including playing at home, retaining their coaching staff and simply having a better record the year prior.

Similar to last year with the Titans, Week 1 will be a test to see how good this Browns team is. Expect the Browns to be ready this year though, because they know how talented the Ravens are, have a focused coaching staff, and will be playing a hated division rival.
