Cleveland Browns News: Preseason dates and time set

The Cleveland Browns are hopeful they can play their full season in 2020 despite COVID-19 concerns, and they now have a schedule for the preseason
NFL fans are hopeful that they will be able to watch their favorite teams play this season but those hopes are hanging in the balance right now as the league tries to navigate their way through the COVID-19 pandemic. As of now, they’re still planning to go this year and have been releasing schedules for the upcoming season.
Now, the Cleveland Browns have also set their dates and times for the preseason.
According to Kaylyn Hlavaty of News 5 Cleveland, they will play three teams in the NFC North — the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, and Minnesota Vikings. They will then play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4 to close out their exhibition games.

The first game that really stands out here is the Tampa Bay game to close things out. Tampa suddenly has a lot more star power with the addition of both Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski this offseason, Unfortunately, we are pretty much guaranteed to miss them being on the field as teams often sit their starters in that game.
The same could be said for Aaron Rodgers in Week 2 as the Packers star quarterback rarely takes many snaps in the preseason.
Still, there will be some good tests for the Browns as all three NFC North teams feature very talented defenses. That will present a great challenge for new head coach Kevin Stefanski as he looks to install his new offense.
