Kevin Stefanski won the Cleveland Browns head coaching job this offseason because he is an intelligent coach and is tremendous at communicating his plan. He also has been viewed as a player’s coach.

It is important for players to have a relationship with their head coach and believe they can trust him on and off the field with anything a player may be dealing with. If a coach does not have the trust of the locker room, his job will become much more difficult and nearly impossible to succeed.

Since being named the Browns head coach, Stefanski has shown the intelligence and communication skills that helped him earn the Browns head coach job. He has also shown glimpses of his leadership, but that aspect of his coaching ability is starting to see the light of day more and more.

During the head coaching search, the Browns stated they wanted to find a strong leader more than a person can excel with their game plans. With all of the difficulties the world is facing right now, Stefanski is showing he will stand strong next to his players and that he will do everything he can to help them in any facet.

There is no doubt the Cleveland Browns are loaded on the offensive side of the ball in 2020, and running back and wide receiver are certainly the two position groups that stand out the most. However, with a young defense on the other side of the ball, the Browns may just need all of those weapons to put enough points on the board to win games this season.
