The Cleveland Browns have an exciting group of wide-outs heading into the 2020 season, lets make some predictions.

As the 2020 season is coming closer, its time to start making some early predictions for the Cleveland Browns 2020 campaign. With Odell Beckham Jr and Jarvis Landry leading this receiver unit, and a brand new offensive design created by Kevin Stefanski and Alex Van Pelt, the sky is this limit for the receiver corps.

We saw the type of gaudy numbers from two dynamic receivers that could be put up in a Stefanski led offensive from his days in Minnesota with Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs. The Browns offense has a real shot at being extremely explosive next season.

Lets take a look at what we can expect from this receivers room.

No. 3: The Browns have two 1,000 yard receivers, again.

The Browns accomplished this feat with Freddie Kitchens ineptitude last season, so accomplishing it again in 2020 should be a formality. Both Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham went for over 1,000 yards receiving last season, even with it being Beckham’s worst season since his injury filled 2017 campaign.

With a brand new offense and hopefully a solid play caller, these two players can have seasons like we have never seen before wearing the brown and orange. Don’t be surprised to see Landry used more in the slot next season as a safety valve for Baker Mayfield and Beckham making big plays down the field behind him.

No. 2: Rashard Higgins emerges as the teams No. 3 wide-out

Rashard Higgins had an awful 2019 season. With only four receptions for 55 yards and a touchdown, it was clear that Higgins was in Freddie Kitchens dog house all season long. And it was such a shame due to the fact that Higgins and Mayfield seemed to have such a great connection from the season prior.

This new Browns front office thought enough of Higgins to re-sign him to a new one-year deal in the offseason as this could be Higgins’ last chance to prove that he can play in the NFL. Expect the magic between Mayfield and Higgs return in 2020 as ‘Hollywood’ earns the No. 3 receiver spot behind Beckham and Landry.

No. 1: JoJo Natson carves out a nice role for himself within the offense.

With established stars like Beckham and Landry already in the fold and receivers such as Higgins, Damion Ratley and rookie Donovan People-Jones gaining a bulk of the offseason attention, free agent signing JoJo Natson could play a big role on this team in 2020.

Natson was signed to a one-year deal and brought in to be the primary kick/punt returner in 2020. But the former Akron Zip is a shifty speedster and could earn playing time with a solid pre-season and training camp.

The third year wide receiver only has two career catches but his speed and agility makes him a dangerous weapon on the field and one that Kevin Stafanski and Alex Van Pelt can take advantage of next season.

Don’t expect big numbers form Natson but he could be used a lot more then what people think in 2020. He should be able to make an impact for the Cleveland Browns next season.
