Cleveland Browns: 3 goals for Kareem Hunt for 2020
By Dan Gilinsky
Goal No. 2 for Hunt: Score five touchdowns for the Cleveland Browns
The second goal for Hunt is to score five touchdowns. Now, the Browns again have Odell Beckham, Jarvis Landry, Austin Hooper, David Njoku, and Nick Chubb as key options.
Those players will get their share of scoring opportunities, and Chubb is arguably the NFL’s best running back going into 2020 that will excel in head coach Kevin Stefanski’s “zone running scheme,” of which DPD’s Justice Sunderland hit on.
Even factoring in those options, though, Hunt getting five touchdowns would be great to see and seems feasible. He again should have his chances in the red zone singled up on linebackers, and also, Hunt is highly capable of busting big runs, too.
Considering his run and pass impact, but with the other weapons, this second goal of five touchdowns again seems reasonable for Hunt. He had 25 touchdowns combined in two seasons in Kansas City, and three with Cleveland last season.
He will be a complementary piece/option for the Cleveland Browns, too. However, with Hunt’s talent level and likely not drawing the majority of attention from defenses in the red zone often, he could still very well make a significant impact by having five touchdowns, which he’s capable of doing in 2020.
Lastly, the third goal for Hunt has to do with his efficiency when his number is called.
