Myles Garrett made a few new statements regarding “the incident” after signing his extension with the Cleveland Browns.

Myles Garrett is the first player in a long time the Cleveland Browns have signed to a second contract, dating all the way back to Joe Haden being the last, all the Browns need him to do is not get involved in something like the Steelers incident from last season again.

Garrett is not only a good football player, but a great person as well. Making an impact on the community in many different ways, one mistake does not define a person.

The future at defensive end for the Cleveland Browns made a few new remarks when addressing the media after signing his massive extension just a few days ago. For all the Browns fans out there that are concerned if it will happen again or not, Garrett said everything he can to ensure people that it will not happen again.

"“Me, the Browns and my teammates are going to look past that and go on to greater success. That will just be a small bump in the road.”"

"“My life is much bigger than one moment.‘’"

If you have ever made a big mistake in your life before, you know the feeling of wondering if everyone is going to forgive you or not. For Garrett, it was both forgiveness and trust not only in the fans, but also in his teammates and the organization that he would never do anything like this again, ultimately leading to a new deal for Garrett.

Has Garrett had any contact with Rudolph? No. His thoughts on him?

"“I hope Mason Rudolph goes on to have success. I have no problem with him going forward. Whatever happens, happens. If we’re able to talk, we’ll deal with things as grown men, and that’s fine by me. I’m just going to keep my eyes forward and keep focused on the plan and the goal.”"

With all the rumors that went around about Rudolph potentially using a racial slur towards Garrett, to there somehow being zero audio to be heard so we all know what really happened, Garrett has one goal; take the Browns to the promise land.
