Cleveland Browns: 5 keys to a Super Bowl 55 trip

4. Wyatt Teller must develop
With the new revamped Browns offensive line, it’s easy to get excited to see what the unit can do. Joel Bitonio is still one of the top guards in the NFL and J.C. Tretter has been pretty underrated during his time in Cleveland.
Jack Conklin joins the franchise as a big-time free agency acquisition, and the former All-Pro offensive tackle perfectly fits the offensive system. Jedrick Wills Jr has been brought in as the new left tackle after being selected with the 10th overall pick, and he was considered by many to be the best offensive tackle in the draft.
Wyatt Teller now exists as the biggest question mark on the Browns offensive line. He showed some serious potential in 2019 but will have to make a huge jump come 2020 if the Browns want to have the best offensive line in the league. Teller will likely have secured his starting spot before the 2020 season even begins, despite some controversy about the possibility of Drew Forbes being able to compete for his job. With Drew Forbes opting out of the 2020 season, the Browns offense will look to Teller to be its starting right guard.
I’m a big believer in the phrase “you’re only as good as your weakest link”, especially when it comes to offensive line play. Right now, Teller is the weakest link on the Browns offensive line. If he can continue to develop, the Browns offense should be hitting on all cylinders come playoff time. Teller turns 26 near the end of the season this year and is entering his third season in the league. He most likely hasn’t hit his NFL peak so far in his career, which is huge for the Browns.
