5 Studs in early Cleveland Browns training camp practices

The Cleveland Browns have had some players stand out early in camp
After a long offseason, Cleveland Browns football is back. Kind of.
Starting on Friday, the team began their training camp practices at their team facility in Berea. Social distancing has kept reporters farther away from the action than usual, which has made it more difficult to see the highlight plays we are accustomed to seeing — but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.
Cleveland beat reporters have done a great job keeping us informed of everything going on and the team has also allowed us to see plenty on their official website as Nathan Zegura and Josh Cribbs have been giving us a look at the team’s practices.
With all that going on, we have been able to see which players have stood out so far. And with that being said, here are the five biggest studs from the first weekend of Browns camp
Honorable Mention: Jarvis Landry
Wide receiver Jarvis Landry started training camp on the PUP list but that didn’t last long at all. By the time the team hit the field for practices, he was out there with his teammates. And while he was considered limited as he recovered from hip surgery, he did look smooth in his routes and displayed his familiar soft hands.
Landry is entering his third season with the Browns and has been their No. 1 receiver in each of his first two campaigns. It’s safe to say he has the best rapport with quarterback Baker Mayfield and while he might not get as many targets in Kevin Stefanski’s offense as he’s used to, he will be even more efficient.
