Some questions still need to be answered by the Cleveland Browns

A week of training camp is in the books in Berea and the Cleveland Browns have had plenty of noteworthy moments in their opening practices. Unfortunately, many of those headlines haven’t been great.

It’s not that the players themselves have been bad — outside of the ugly practice on Monday which was due primarily to poor weather — but rather there has been some bad luck. Most of that has been due to injuries.

Running back Nick Chubb was sent to the concussion protocol when he was tackled by Mack Wilson a bit too high. Wilson then hyperextended his knee the very next day and could be gone for most, if not all, of the regular season. There was also a lacerated liver suffered by cornerback Kevin Johnson which had him hospitalized.

While those stories have hogged most of the headlines, there has been a lot of good news coming out of Cleveland Browns camp too as the team is doing their best to gel after a linger than normal break. We have seen players such as Odell Beckham, Jr. look like himself again while Jarvis Landry and Karl Joseph are proving that they’re on the road to being 100 percent healthy.

There’s also been solid play from many of the rookies including Harrison Bryant and Donovan Peoples-Jones, who are catching everything thrown their way.

Even with all that being said, there’s plenty left for the team to answer. Here we look at five things the Browns still need to figure out after their first week of camp.
