Cleveland Browns 7-round 2021 NFL Mock Draft, training camp edition
The Cleveland Browns are now more than 10 days into their training camp with the season opener right around the corner. Even though the 2020 NFL Season is yet to begin, it is never too early to jump on a 2021 NFL Mock Draft to address needs and potential needs the Browns may have by the time April of next year rolls around.
The Browns filled a ton of holes just this last April, landing Alabama offensive tackle Jedrick Wills and LSU safety Grant Delpit thanks to new general manager Andrew Berry. While Wills is getting better by the day at the left tackle spot in Cleveland, the Browns will have to make do without Delpit for the 2020 year after he ruptured his Achilles tendon last week.
In addition to their first two picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Browns were able to upgrade the interior of their defensive line and linebacking corp in the third round with Jordan Elliot and Jacob Phillips respectively. On the final day of the draft, the Browns added Mackey Award winner Harrison Bryant, center Nick Harris, and wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones.
We will see how this crop of rookies pan out for the Browns in 2020 and beyond, but before that is even possible we hit a 2021 NFL Mock Draft here. With 10 picks to spend next April, the Browns have an opportunity to land a grand haul of young talent to add to their roster.
