Can the Cleveland Browns go 3-1 with a win in Dallas?

Heading into Week 4, the Cleveland Browns are in great shape at 2-1. They’re fresh off their second-straight win as they put up more than 30 points at home in each of the past two weeks to take care of the Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Football Team.

Now, they hit the road to take on the 1-2 Dallas Cowboys — who many think are better than their record indicates. And for that reason, they’re favored heading into the game.

But one writer isn’t really buying it. Bill Bender of SportingNews.com is predicting an upset coming for the road team, which would surely have spirits high in the Dawg Pound.

That prediction and more can be found in today’s Daily Dawg Tags.

NFL picks, predictions for Week 4: Browns upset Cowboys; Steelers, Packers, Bears stay unbeaten — Bill Bender, Sporting News

"“Cleveland has taken care of business in two games since an embarrassing Week 1 loss, and that Nick Chubb-Kareem Hunt tandem should work against Dallas’ run defense. Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott will keep the Cowboys going, but Baker Mayfield and Myles Garrett — both Texas natives — will match those big plays in a turning-point game for both teams.Pick: Browns 34, Cowboys 31”"

There are definitely reasons to believe in Cleveland this weekend. The Cowboys offensive line is a mess as is their secondary. On paper, they’re the better team but their injuries and holes on defense could open the door for the Browns.

3 overreactions from Cleveland Browns win vs. Washington

Greg Newland is excited about the win in Week 3, which led him to give us his three biggest overreactions from the victory.

JIMMY’S TAKE: Cleveland Browns ‘exactly where a lot of people thought they would be’ after win over Washington — Jim Donovan, WKYC

"“But now, it gets real, and on the road next Sunday the Browns will have to play better (in fact, much better), and they’ll have to be more “even Steven” offensively and defensively when the go to Dallas and take on the Cowboys. On the plus side, they go there with a winning record for the first time since 2014, up and over the .500 mark.”"

Donovan is correct that many of us had them at 2-1 right now, which is great. The Browns are winning the games they’re supposed to. Do that and steal one or two that you’re not supposed to and this could be a successful season.

5 Cleveland Browns whose stocks are soaring after Week 3 vs Washington — Nick Dudukovich, Factory of Sadness

"“1. Wyatt TellerIt probably took a little longer than the Cleveland Browns would’ve liked, but the organization has found it’s right tackle of the present and future in Wyatt Teller.”"

There’s no player seeing his stock soar more than Wyatt Teller right now. The Browns have found a real player in Teller who has solidified their offensive line with his play.

Kevin Stefanski paying kudos to pass-catchers for run game work

Cleveland has a lot of pass-catchers on their team capable of making some game-changing plays. However, those players have been asked to focus on blocking in recent weeks and head coach Kevin Stefanski is thrilled with how they have responded.
