Game: Cleveland Browns (2-1) at Dallas Cowboys (1-2)

Heading into Sunday’s matchup, it’s been two different beginnings to the season for these two teams.

For the Cowboys, they are much better than a 1-2 football team. They lost a shootout a week ago to the Seahawks in Seattle, with the game coming down to the very last play. They lost a three-point game in Week 1 to the Rams, and their only win was against the Falcons in a near-impossible comeback.

As for the Browns, they are 2-1 for the first time in years. After getting blown out in their Week 1 matchup, they have bounced back and won two in a row. Who cares who the opponents have been, a win is a win and the Browns are finally starting to take care of the teams that they should beat.

In terms of this game, expect a high scoring game. The Browns defense has been bad all year long so far to start, and Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott will look to have a big game through the air. My biggest concern so far this year is if the Browns can’t stop these lower end offenses, how will they control the powerhouses of the league?

With Baker being back in his hometown and the Browns having won two in a row, I believe they can pull this game off if they stick to their roots: run first, pass second. The Cowboys also have a bottom-feeder defense, setting the Browns up well to put up another big game on offense.

Prediction: Cleveland 30, Dallas 28
