Cleveland Browns Week 6 score predictions: Myles Garrett redemption tour
By Randy Gurzi
Will the Cleveland Browns beat Pittsburgh in Week 6?
This is the one we have all had circled on our calendars. There are three divisional opponents in the AFC North that the Cleveland Browns have to contend with but none are more infuriating to deal with than the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Already their most hated rival, the Browns and Steelers have even more reason than normal to be at one another’s throats this weekend. That reason is that Myles Garrett will be back in action facing Pittsburgh for the first time since his infamous fight with Mason Rudolph.
Cleveland won that game but then they were forced to play without No. 95 for the final six games of the season. As hard as that was to deal with for the Browns on the field, it was even worse for Garrett off of it.
He was relentlessly attacked by people who knew nothing about him and decided to judge his entire life’s work based on a 15 second period. They also claimed he was making excuses when he said a racial slur set him off, although that was unfair and clearly those making the claims weren’t paying attention. Garrett never went to the media and said Rudolph used the slur, but instead said this in the privacy of his NFL hearing, meaning someone leaked it as he was simply trying to explain his actions to those making the decision.
As for the incessant talking and excuse-making, that was all on Rudolph. And while he won’t play on Sunday barring an injury to Ben Roethlisberger, Garrett could still get some redemption by leading his team to a win.
Here, we look ahead to that game and predict whether or not Garrett and the Browns can secure that victory.
