5 reasons Cleveland Browns will win in Week 11

Even at 6-3, the Cleveland Browns are still on the outside looking in on the playoff picture. The good news is, they have games against the Titans and Ravens remaining that can easily push them over the finish line.

Or completely eliminate them.

The Philadelphia Eagles have been a bad team in 2020, yet they find themselves in first place in the NFC East currently. So even at 3-5-1, expect their best effort as they continue their playoff push. The Eagles will be a tough matchup as they have taken the Steelers and Eagles down to the wire but also lost to the Washington Football team and the Giants. Here are five reasons the Browns will get it done on Sunday.

5. Coaching

When is the last time Browns fans thought they had an advantage in coaching vs. any team in the NFL? The last two decades have been brutal, and although he truly hasn’t proven anything yet, Kevin Stefanski has been tremendous in his first nine games as a head coach.

Doug Pederson is beloved in Philly as he brought the city a championship, but at some point, you must start raising flags with so much talent on the roster. Even if you want to argue that Carson Wentz isn’t an elite quarterback now, I question Pederson even more after playing two seasons at an elite level before going backward.

The Nick Chubb run at the end of the game last week is a prime example. Gamblers and fantasy owners are furious, but there is zero doubt that was the perfect play. You can’t lose taking two knees. Although a long shot, there is a scenario where you lose by scoring and giving the Texans the ball back. Take it easy on me, I said it would be a long shot. But would you make a bet that is 100 percent, or 99 percent?

I can’t stress how refreshing it is going into a game knowing the Browns won’t make a bone head clock management mistake or challenge a play that will clearly stand. Stefanski has taken some blame for losses, it’s now time to give him some credit for the wins.
