Cleveland Browns add stud receiver in Week 11 seven-round 2021 NFL mock draft

Another Buckeye (a fact that is sure to please many), Tommy Togiai has emerged as a reliable presence in the middle of an Ohio State defense that is still figuring itself out. He’s 6-2, 300 pounds of pure effort; a strong run defender with some pass-rushing juice to boot. He’s not the disruptor that teammate Haskell Garrett is, but he’d provide the Browns with some competent 1-tech play, something the team desperately needs.
A former USC Trojan, Bubba Bolden’s calling card is his range. This is his first season of full-time play, so he’s gone through some growing pains, but the ability is clearly there. The Browns want to be deep in the secondary, and likely won’t be able to pass on such a talented player this late in the draft.
Another athletic DT, Osa Odighizuwa is also another difficult-to-pronounce last name. He and Onwuzurike have the potential to become a terrifyingly disruptive duo inside, but that might not be as scary as having to say both of their last names correctly.
Drafting an offensive player in the first round may not be popular with how Cleveland’s defense has performed this season, but Chase is far too good to pass on. Even still, with this class, the Browns would have a nice haul of defensive prospects to provide nice depth and even improve over some veteran starters.
It’s the best of both worlds, and when Chase is catching 15+ touchdowns every season, no one will remember how bad the defense was in 2020.
