The Cleveland Browns (6-3) host the Philadelphia Eagles (3-5-1) in Week 11

Following a win against the Houston Texans, the Cleveland Browns now face the Philadelphia Eagles. There was some intrigue last week as the Browns were facing Deshaun Watson, a quarterback they decided not to draft as they traded the pick used to land him to the Texans in 2017.

This came after they traded the No. 2 pick to the Eagles the prior season, which was used to acquire Carson Wentz. Cleveland ended up with Baker Mayfield, who they took first overall in 2018 and now he looks to go for a second win in a row against a quarterback many wanted in Cleveland before he arrived.

Here, the DPD crew looks ahead to the game and gives their take on the matchup and predicts who will come away victorious.

Writer: Randy Gurzi

Summary: Carson Wentz likes to throw to the wrong team and the Browns defense is coming off their best game of the season. Look for them to make his life tough while the offense continues to run through Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt en route to another win at home.

Prediction: Cleveland 20, Philadelphia 16

Writer: Sam Penix

Summary: Paul DePodesta is finally vindicated, as there is no universe where Carson Wentz is a top-20 quarterback now. He leads the NFL in turnover-worthy plays (and it’s not close to being close), which the Browns will be able to take advantage of as they improve to 7-3.

Prediction: Cleveland 28, Philadelphia 17

Writer: Zane Harris

Summary: With the Browns facing yet another subpar rushing defense, Chubb and Hunt will have another hay day and carry the Browns to a victory.

Prediction: Cleveland 24, Eagles 10

Writer: Dan Gilinsky

Summary: It’s tough to say it’ll be the Browns defense, but this Eagles offense’s wings continue to look clipped, and Baker Mayfield makes some key throws.

Prediction: Browns 23, Eagles 17

Writer: Josh Brown

Summary: Myles Garrett helps continue to make Paul DePodesta look like a genius about Carson Wentz.

Prediction: Cleveland 28, Philadelphia 17

Writer: Casey Kinnamon

Summary: The Cleveland Browns are finally able to put the draft of 2016 behind them, as they take it to Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Prediction: Cleveland 28 Philadelphia 20
