Cleveland Browns rule out KhaDarel Hodge, Taywan Taylor

The Cleveland Browns will be thin at WR in Week 13
On Friday, Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski ruled out wide receivers KhaDarel Hodge and Taywan Taylor for Sunday’s matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
Hodge practiced on Friday, and was a late addition to the injury report with a hamstring injury. Taylor will be sidelined with a neck injury.
The Browns will be thin at wide receiver heading into Sunday’s matchup with the Titans. Already, the team lost Odell Beckham Jr. to an ACL injury earlier this season. Now, they will rely on Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins and Donovan Peoples-Jones to make an impact receiving. Additionally, Derrick Willies was added to the practice squad in November, and could possibly be elevated for Sunday’s game.
Landry is fresh off the heels of one of his best performances in his Browns career against the Jacksonville Jaguars. His eight receptions for 143 yards and a touchdown was instrumental to the Browns sneaking in a victory in Jacksonville.
Hodge has been important as well, especially in the absence of Beckham. This season, he has nine catches for 155 yards.
Hodge, who played in Super Bowl LIII with the Los Angeles Rams, kicked off Monday’s media availability dismissing the Titans for some potential bulletin board material.
"“I don’t look at the Titans like a super team or nothing,” Hodge said via Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com. “They can get beat like anybody else. So we go into this game expecting to do our thing.”"
Hodge won’t be able to do his thing on Sunday due to his hamstring injury, but Stefanski admitted this is the type of statement he would use as bulletin board material, in order to galvanize his team.
The Browns will travel to Nashville to play the Titans on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
