Denzel Ward will miss another game for the Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns have been without one of their best defenders over the past couple of weeks as Denzel Ward has been dealing with a calf injury. Unfortunately, that injury will keep Ward sidelined once again as he was listed as being ‘out’ for the Week 14 game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Ward won’t be the only player to miss the game as the Browns also ruled out wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge, who is dealing with a hamstring injury. While his absence isn’t as devastating as the loss of Ward — who is the best defensive back on this roster — Hodge has been improving every week and was in the midst of his best season as a pro.

As for players who are questionable, the list was small for the Browns who only marked Austin Hooper down for this designation. Of course, Wyatt Teller‘s status is also up in the air as the right guard is on the reserve/COVID-19 list but seems as though he could be activated in time.

When looking at the injury report for Baltimore, it seems they have much more to deal with. Pro Bowl defensive end Calais Campbell is questionable as is cornerback Jimmy Smith. Even so, they don’t have anyone listed as being out, although Tramon Williams is on their list as doubtful.

dark. Next. Under the radar Ravens to be concerned with

Cleveland is looking for their 10th win of the season on Monday Night Football, which would be the first time since 2007 that they have double-digit wins. It could also be a huge revenge game for them since Baltimore won so easily in Week 1.
