Pick Analysis. CB. Scouting Report. Georgia. EricStokes. 3.88. player. 814

Greedy Williams may or may not be back this season from his nerve injury in his shoulder. Whatever ends up happening with the young corner, he can’t be counted on as a long-term starter for this team. If he ends up getting healthy and playing well, fantastic. Cleveland still needs to prepare for that not happening. Eric Stokes stands 6-1 and 185 pounds, so he resembles Williams from a frame perspective.

Stokes will need to put on some muscle, but he could end up being the team’s answer for the bigger, more physical receivers that Denzel Ward typically struggles with. Stokes has four interceptions this season and has returned one for a touchdown. He is a likely second-round pick at this point, so getting him in the late third would be stellar.

Pick Analysis. 3.94. player. 840. Scouting Report. WR. Florida. KadariusToney

We already knew this, but it was painfully evident on Monday night; the Browns WR room as currently constructed is rendered ineffective against man coverage. None of those guys, not even Jarvis Landry, possess the quick-twitch or elite route running needed to create separation against the likes of Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters. Odell Beckham Jr. does, and hopefully, he will finally be able to develop on-field chemistry with Baker Mayfield.

With all that said, the offense could really use a home-run threat in the vein of Tyreek Hill (but without the character issues). Kadarius Toney is a former quarterback who has really come into his own this season, showing off his big-play ability as both a runner and a receiver. He’ll need to continue to be molded into a receiver, but his speed and elusiveness would add a much-needed dimension to Kevin Stefanski’s offense.
