The Browns need to find a new starting EDGE opposite of Garrett, but they also need to improve the depth at that position. Adrian Clayborn has been underwhelming outside of two games and Porter Gustin isn’t anything special. Curtis Weaver is the wild card; he has rare bend and good hand technique, but lacks explosiveness and has an odd frame that needs to be reshaped before he can contribute.

None of those three can be counted on, and with the Vernon injury, EDGE depth becomes even more of an issue. Myjai Sanders had an excellent 2020, and depending on his testing numbers, could find his way into the second round. He’s far too talented to fall the fourth, but no one is complaining in this scenario. Having a player of Sanders’ caliber as your third EDGE would be quite the luxury.

Pick Analysis. WR. Wake Forest. Scouting Report. SageSurratt. 4.124. player. 889

The Browns wide receiver room will look quite different in 2020, and the group needs an X. Sage Surratt may not be the most explosive or athletic receiver in the class, but he does find a way to get open against both man and zone coverage. He tracks the ball well and is a good vertical threat despite his lack of elite speed. He makes tough catches and his 6-3, 215-pound frame would give the Cleveland offense a dynamic it currently lacks.
