Cleveland Browns steal top cornerback in Divisional Round 2021 NFL mock draft

Versatility isn’t just useful in the secondary; it’s valuable on the defensive line as well, and Dayo Odeyingbo is as versatile as any DL in this class. He’s a massive 6-6 ,276 pounds and has played EDGE, end, tackle, and nose. From a physical standpoint, he can play anywhere, and generated 5.5 sacks and 8.0 tackles for loss in eight games this season. He’s very raw, but his potential is off the charts, and the Browns can afford to wait for him to realize his physical gifts.
Kenny Yeboah is a move tight end who often looks more like a wide receiver on the field. After four seasons at Temple, he transferred to Ole Miss, where he caught 27 passes for 524 yards (19.4 yards per reception) and six touchdowns.
He stands 6-4 240 pounds and would provide the Browns with an athletic mismatch nightmare that can be moved around. He’s not a good blocker right now, but will hopefully improve in that area just as David Njoku has. Yeboah would also provide a potential replacement for Njoku if he were to depart following the 2021 campaign.
Playing behind Josh Jacobs and Najee Harris, Brian Robinson logged a total of 274 carries in his career, but he should be more productive in the NFL. He’s a big 6-1 228 pounds with good explosion and vision. Nick Chubb is entering the final year of his rookie contract, and it would be a surprise if this front office devoted significant capital to the running back position. Robinson would be a cheap depth option for four seasons.
With this class, the Browns would completely transform their secondary from a massive weakness to an undeniable strength, giving them the personnel to match up with any offense.
