It seems like the Browns don’t have a definitive timeline on when Greedy Williams could be back and do they know what Greedy Williams they’ll be getting back? Denzel Ward is a stud but he has his own issues staying healthy. When Terrance Mitchell is the corner on the field most consistently the last two years, talent needs to be added to this room.

Que up the dramatic entrance music because here comes Ifeatu Melifonwu. This 6-3, 210 pound corner is just what the Browns could use in their secondary. He’s the long Richard Sherman like corner who can battle with the biggest receivers like Chase Claypool but has the speed to run with receivers like Tyreek Hill.

If the Browns pair Melifonwu with Ward on the outsides, and pair that with a healthy Ronnie Harrison Jr. and Grant Delpit, they could have one of the best young secondaries in the NFL.

This draft doesn’t necessarily have the corner talent of years past, so Melifonwu could find his name being called early, but the Browns would be wise to consider him on Day 2 of the draft.

Nothing should get Browns fans more excited than Jim Donovan struggling to pronounce this guys name for years to come.
