Adetokunbo Ogundeji, Defensive End, Notre Dame

Round 4, Pick 125

One position I see the Browns spending money on in free agency is a defensive end to pair with Myles Garrett. Additionally, look for a day-two draft pick to just see what they can get. Adetokunbo Ogundeji could be a strong fit for the Browns.

Ogundeji went from a backup player at Notre Dame, he finally became the starter in 2020 and made a name for himself with six tackles for loss, six sacks, and a forced fumble. Ogundeji is a high motor guy who can be dominant sitting the run edge with his monstrous 6-4, 268-pound frame.

Part of the athleticism is there, but Ogundeji is lacking elite speed which is something he will likely never develop. However, Ogundeji could be a tremendous one down player with his high motor and quick first step off the ball.

Tutu Atwell, Wide Receiver, Louisville

Round 4, Pick 103

The Browns certainly need help at receiver, and while Tutu Atwell may not be the long-term answer, he certainly could provide some excitement for the 2021 season. It was the Brown’s lack of a man-to-man beater in their receiver arsenal. And while Atwell may be undersized at 5-9, 165-pounds, he can stretch a field and is extremely elusive.

Not only would Atwell add a downfield presence, but he also gives you the ability to run more end-around and jet sweeps which continue to grow in popularity in the NFL.

Size is a huge factor, and Atwell will never be a no. 1 receiver in the NFL, but his speed and agility could be a good fit for the Browns if they can get him in the fourth round.
