3. Xavier Woods

Xavier Woods comes into free agency with three solid seasons under his belt. He is also on the field and availability can be the ability that matters. He has missed only four games in his career and is only 25 years old.

While he has been a solid player in his own right, his best season came in 2019 when Dallas had the talent around him to limit what was needed from him. Any team looking into Xavier Woods needs to understand they are not getting much more than just a solid available guy to fill a hole.

Last season in an awful Cowboy defense, Woods was not immune. Per Pro Football Reference, he was targeted 29 times and gave up 23 completions and three touchdowns for a whopping 137.1 quarterback rating. Some teams may point out in the previous two seasons, Woods was targeted 48 times and gave up a total of three touchdowns and that the putridness of the Dallas defense in 2020 skewed how good of a player he can be.

For the Browns, Woods would bring durability and stability to a position that has been a struggle for a couple of years now for the Cleveland Browns. Not every position can be a stud, and with a potential reasonable contract and solid play, Woods could make a solid addition to the secondary.

Contract prediction: Three years  $22.5 million, $10-13 million guaranteed
