17 free agent wide receivers for the Cleveland Browns to consider

The Cleveland Browns wide receiver room will look very different in 2021. Both Rashard Higgins and KhaDarel Hodge are free agents, and neither Jarvis Landry nor Odell Beckham Jr. is guaranteed to be on the roster next season.

The team is likely to take a pass-catcher in the first three rounds of the draft, but there are plenty of free-agent targets who could make an impact. There are players at every price range to fill multiple roles for Cleveland, so here are 18 of them.

18. Allen Robinson – Chicago Bears – 27

It’s impossible to not feel bad for Allen Robinson. He’s been extremely productive throughout his career, and is consistently one of the most reliable targets in the league. He’s also dealt with subpar quarterback play in every single one of his seasons. Robinson may not be a lightning-fast deep threat, but he can win vertically, and he catches everything. He’s a true No. 1 receiver whose best performance is ahead of him, once he finally gets to play with a good passer.

17. T.Y. Hilton – Indianapolis Colts – 31

Hilton was one of the league’s best receivers during the mid-2010s, and while he isn’t at that level anymore, he’s still a quality player. He will turn 32 in November, and given the amount of WR talent available this offseason, he may not be too expensive. As a secondary option, he could thrive and could return to his 2018 form, when he last played with Andrew Luck.
