KhaDarel Hodge

After a one-year agreement, KhaDarel Hodge is a free agent for the 2021 season. While he’ll likely have suitors, it’s looking less and less likely that he will return to the Cleveland Browns. Hodge was a guy who only played special teams his first two years in the league but has really developed into a threat.

At 6-foot-2 and 205 pounds, Hodge often got looks in the red zone and became effective catching the run/pass option slant pass from Mayfield. If Hodge loves Cleveland and wants to stay with the team, they would likely offer him something, but he will get much more money if he left.

Donovan Peoples-Jones

The Cleveland Browns took the former five-star recruit wide receiver from the University of Michigan in the fifth-round of the 2020 NFL draft. It took Peoples-Jones time to adapt, but he got his shot on special teams after the injury to Natson.

Then once Odell Beckham was injured, Peoples-Jones started to get some crucial snaps on the offense as the third wide receiver. While he didn’t have a ton of catches, he did have a few big plays that won the Browns games. He ended the season with 14 receptions, 304 yards, and two touchdowns. If he continues to work hard, he could have a strong 2021 season as the Browns’ third wide receiver.
