16. Troy Hill – Los Angeles Rams – 29

Troy Hill is a very versatile player who has logged snaps at boundary corner, slot corner, and safety. He played a career-high amount of snaps in 2020 and defended a career-high 11 passes. He’s been a solid No. 2 on the West Coast, which is the role he’d play in Cleveland.

15. Nickell Robey-Coleman – Philadelphia Eagles – 29

Remember all of the uproar about the New Orleans Saints getting robbed of a Super Bowl appearance by the refs in 2018? The player that committed the uncalled pass interference was Robey-Coleman, one of the NFL’s best inside corners from 2016 to 2019. He signed with the Eagles for just over $1.3 million in 2020, and had a down year, but so did pretty much every other Philly defender.

14. Chidobe Awuzie – Dallas Cowboys – 25

His play in Dallas has been a mixed bag, but Chidobe Awuzie’s athleticism and flashes of high-end performance would be worth taking a flyer on, depending on his price. The Dallas may have been atrocious as of late, but that’s not the fault of every single player.

13. Jason Verrett – San Francisco 49ers – 29

Verrett was selected 25th overall back in 2014, and had a stellar 2015 season before injuries began to pile up. He barely played from 2017 to 2019, but was finally healthy in 2020, and returned to form. Health is a major concern with him, but he can step in and be a high-end starter when on the field.
