827. Scouting Report. S. Syracuse. player. 4.110. Pick Analysis. AndreCisco

While Nasirildeen would man the box, Andre Cisco would roam the backend of the defense. That’s a role that Grant Delpit could fill very well (if he can come back strong from his torn Achilles), but using him only as an angel safety would be a waste of his skillset. Adding another player who can take away the deep pass would just give defensive coordinator Joe Woods that many more options, and Cisco’s range and instincts make him a great fit. A torn ACL ended his 2020 campaign early, so medicals will be important for his stock.

Scouting Report. DT. player. 873. Pick Analysis. Texas AM. BobbyBrown III. 4.32

Andrew Billings will be filling the 1-tech role for the Browns in 2020, and could very well be in the team’s long-term plans. They’ll still need a quality backup there, as Woods plays his second-string defensive line at least 20 snaps per game to keep everyone fresh.

In a relatively weak defensive tackle class, Bobby Brown stands out as one of the most physically gifted, though his play didn’t always show it. He’s a massive 6-4, 325-pounds with elite strength and special quickness. He must play faster and more disciplined, but Cleveland can afford to let such a talented player develop at this point in the draft.
