872. . Linebacker. Horned Frogs . Garret Wallow. 159. player

Although I already have the Browns taking a linebacker in the 2021 draft, the position could certainly use an overhaul and Garret Wallow of TCU could be an extremely unique fit.

Wallow is a former safety who converted to linebacker and he could be the perfect transitional piece for the Browns defense in 2021. As it will be impossible to go entirely to a 4-2-5 defense, Wallow is a former safety converted linebacker that can play in the box for 4-3 scenarios.

Wallow is undersized as a linebacker but lacks coverage skills to be a safety. This will likely limit him in the NFL, but the Browns could be a perfect marriage for a limited role.

player. 886. . Wide Receiver. Knights . Marlon Williams. 211

With the Browns once again signing Rashard Higgins to a one-year deal, a guy like Marlon Williams could be the long-term solution as an interior possession receiver.

Williams doesn’t have elite speed, but he runs good routes and snatches the ball out of the air. He won’t get open in tight man-to-man coverage but can be a contributor in the NFL.

Buckeyes . Jonathan Cooper. 257. player. 812. . EDGE

A great seventh-round pick for the Browns could be a defensive end, Jonathon Cooper from Ohio State. Cooper had a strong career at Ohio State but was never able to put the full puzzle together. At 6-foot-2, 254 pounds, Cooper doesn’t have the size to play on early downs.

However, Cooper could turn into a pass-rushing specialist on third down. Cooper has the ability to put his hand in the ground and use his athleticism to his advantage.

Cooper had a strong senior bowl and could still improve his game, which may be a reason for someone to take a risk on him before round seven. If the Browns can get Cooper here, this would be a tremendous project for 2021 with the potential for a huge return.
