2. Jaycee Horn – Cornerback, South Carolina

Another player that continues to move up the boards is cornerback Jaycee Horn of South Carolina. The son of former NFL receiver, Joe Horn, is a physical corner who many believe his game will translate extremely well to the NFL.

While Patrick Surtain is the clear number one corner, Horn has moved from the number four or five guy to the number two or three guy. Some even have him ahead of Caleb Farley just from lack of experience.

Originally there was some hope that Horn would fall to the Browns at No. 26, but as the draft closes in it is looking more and more like those chances will soon be zero. With the ability to play man-to-man, and help in run support, Horn appears to be ready to start day one in the NFL.

Some may ask, will the Browns really draft a corner in the first round after signing John Johnson and Troy Hill in free agency? I believe the answer is yes. We are all hopeful that Greedy Williams returns and is his normal self again, but there are just too many uncertainties at this point.

Similar to Oweh, I don’t see Berry getting greedy and trading into the top 15 for Horn, but if he would slide to No. 20, the opportunity may be too much for Berry to pass up.

If the Browns somehow lure Jadevon Clowney to Cleveland, I think Horn will be the number one target for the Browns.
