Week 4 @ Minnesota – Oct. 3

This will be another very winnable game for the Browns, but one they can’t take lightly. The Minnesota Vikings are a team that can beat anyone in the league but can also lose to anyone.  They have a running game comparable to the Browns, and you can bet they will be hungry to beat their old offensive coordinator, Kevin Stefanski.

I think our coaching staff is just too good to lose games like this anymore. While the Vikings will want revenge, Stefanski will want it more and he will have the team at the top of their game. Look for this to be the game where the Browns click on all cylinders and run the Vikings out of their own dome.

Prediction: Browns 31-17.

Week 5 @ Los Angeles Chargers – Oct. 10

This is the first tough back to back away scenario for the Browns that will be difficult. The Chargers are another team that struggled with consistency last year but really found something with Justin Herbert at quarterback. After beefing up the offensive line and adding to the defense the Chargers will be ready to compete for the playoffs once again.

I expect this one to be a very tight game, but I think the back-to-back west coast trip with a 4:05 start will get the best of the Browns. This will be a great learning experience for the team as they lose a nail-biter.

Prediction: 23-20 Chargers, in overtime.
