With so much added talent from Andrew Berry, these four Cleveland Browns veterans could find themselves without a starting spot in 2021.

With the bulk of free agency and the NFL Draft now in the rearview mirror, most of the focus for the Cleveland Browns will turn to training camp. After a strange 2020 offseason because of COVID19, teams will be excited to get a full face-to-face training camp with their teams.

It is crazy to think, of the Browns seven draft picks from the 2020 NFL Draft, six of them played a decent amount of snaps last year. Grant Delpit is the only one who didn’t play, which was only because of an injury. The fact these guys were able to prepare without field time (including preseason) is just phenomenal.

Not only will camp be a huge benefit for rookies, but also for the second-year guys. The Browns continue to be young and talented, and you could see a changing of the guard at a few positions as the 2021 season comes closer and closer.

Check out these four young players that will snag starting positions by the end of camp.

4. Donovan Peoples-Jones

Even though the Cleveland Browns drafted Anthony Schwartz in round three of the 2021 draft, look for the 2020 sixth-round pick, Donovan Peoples-Jones to be the big surprise in 2021.

He saw a limited number of snaps last year and quickly showed he has the speed, size, and hands to be a solid NFL receiver. Even though Rashard Higgins was brought back to play the third wide receiver in 2021, don’t be shocked if Peoples-Jones has that position before the end of camp.

Higgins and Baker Mayfield are extremely close, but the Peoples-Jones has the next level of explosion and athleticism this team needs. Schwartz will be a part of the offense, but only in certain scenarios and gadget plays.
