Sacks

"T.J. Watt: 49.5 Myles Garrett: 42.5 Haason Reddick, Trey Hendrickson, & Carl Lawson: 20 Derek Barnett: 19.5 Takkarist McKinley: 17.5 Samson Ebukam & Deatrich Wise Jr: 14 Dawuane Smoot: 11.5"

Now for the statistic that everyone has been waiting for, sacks. TJ Watt has had the most sacks in his career so far, but that comes with a huge asterisk.

Watt has averaged .798 sacks per game in his NFL career so far, which is a phenomenal statistic. This is not to discredit him at all, but Myles Garrett has been more efficient at getting sacks when on the field. Myles Garrett has been averaging .833 sacks per game in the NFL, which is a historic pace.

Both guys are actually top five all-time so far in sacks per game, which signals that they could end up being the best pair of edge rushers to come out of an NFL draft in history. In comparison to the rest of their draft class, Haason Reddick has averaged .313 sacks per game, Trey Hendrickson has averaged .444 sacks per game, and Carl Lawson has averaged .392 sacks per game.

I truly believe that both Myles Garrett and T.J. Watt will end up in the hall of fame together one day, and decades from now they will be a huge place of comparison and argument among the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers fan bases.
