1. Kevin Stefanski, Head Coach

Current Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski is the 2020 NFL Coach of the Year and the first man since the 2002 season to lead the organization to the playoffs.

He’s credited with bringing stability back to the position and has preached discipline, competition, and accountability since arriving in Berea.

He’s a great coach, a strong play-caller, and a leader of men. But if you were to ask him what’s the most important thing to him, he would likely tell you it’s his wife and three children.

When announced as the coach of the Browns ahead of the 2020 season, Stefanski didn’t waste much time at all before thanking the Stefanski clan. He was quick to praise them for making the move from Minnesota to Cleveland and then admitted there may have been a bribe as he promised the kids a dog as well as a trip to Disney World.

"“I also need to acknowledge my family here.  My wife Michelle, my boys Will and Gabe, my daughter Juliette.  If anyone with young children and if you have moved before, you know it is a tough 48 hours we have been through.  We have made some promises to these children.  We are getting a dog, we are going to Disney World and lord knows what else has been promised since you guys got here.” — Stefanski said on his move via Jimmy Swartz, Browns Nation"

Stefanski also spoke on being away from the family due to the COVID-19 pandemic and how hard that was. The coach missed the team’s Wild Card game as he contracted the virus and had to watch from the basement.

He said the isolation was “no fun” as he heard his family celebrating the big moments upstairs while he was by himself.

This is just three examples of members of the organization showing their parenting chops. Many more players deserve acknowledgment as do all the great dads out there. Here’s to hoping everyone out there has a great Father’s Day.
