With the first real look at some of these players since 2020, it’s becoming apparent these three guys could see their time with the Cleveland Browns ending.

The Cleveland Browns are now through their first full week of training camp and have multiple days of practicing with pads under their belt. As expected, the defense has shown drastic improvement, and to this point has caused a lot of frustration for Baker Mayfield and the offense.

Of course, this is what we all felt we would see since the Browns defense finally has a full tool belt, and after a horrible year in 2020, they are all fired up to be back on the field. Andrew Berry was able to add at least one key starter in all three phases of the defense via the draft and/or free agency, which should help put this team over the top.

It’s always easy to pencil in the 53-man roster before camp even starts. But as with anything, the only thing you can really plan in life is the unexpected. A few guys have just been complete stars in training camp thus far. Those guys include Jadeveon Clowney, Donovan Peoples-Jones, and Greg Newsome.

Not that others aren’t playing well, but these guys continue to shine each practice and could provide far more production in 2021 than ever anticipated. The Cleveland Browns have certainly had their standouts in practice, but they also have had a few disappointments as well.

Keep reading to find out three guys who originally were slated to make the roster, but now could be on the outside looking in as we approach the deadline to have the roster down to 53. One or two of these guys could be a real surprise to some.
