4. Cleveland Browns Left Tackle, Chris Hubbard

It is still unclear how severe the injury to Jedrick Wills was, but it appears there is a good shot that Chris Hubbard will get the start at left tackle. The good news, the Texans don’t have anyone as good as Chris Jones, but he certainly exposed Hubbard a few times in the second half of the game last week.

As the sixth man, Hubbard has likely been his reps at practice in all different positions. At least this week he will be able to focus on one position and will get the additional reps to prepare him for the Texans.

Hubbard was originally the starting right tackle for the Browns, but really struggled at times. In fact, T.J. Watt likely owes Hubbard some of that signing bonus for how many times it felt like he was able to beat him.

The good news here, offensive line coach Bill Callahan and Stefanski can scheme this up to help him. You will see a tight end beside him a lot or a running back set that way to help get a chip or a full double team with Hubbard.

Next. 16 more games but ‘this one should sting’. dark

The bad thing about this, you can become predictable in formations and everyone else is on an island. While Hubbard is the most important under-the-radar player to watch in week two, I have full confidence he will play well.
