Nick Chubb: 5 Chipotle ‘Team Meal Challenge’ winners announced
By Randy Gurzi
Nick Chubb recently paired with Chipotle for the ‘Team Meal Challenge’ and now the five high schools winners have been announced
Nick Chubb had a sensational offseason that included him launching his own cereal brand for charity as well as landing a new contract extension with the Cleveland Browns.
He also had a partnership with Chipotle restaurants where they unveiled the ‘Team Meal Challenge’. The partnership went along with Chipotle’s “Real Food for Real Athletes” program that inspires all athletes to be their best by focusing on proper food and nutrition.
Now, the winners have been announced as five Cleveland area high schools were selected. According to Chipotle, the following schools were awarded free Chipotle — they also sent in winning videos as well.
Waynedale Girls Basketball
Kirtland Girls Soccer
Kirtland Football
Wadsworth Cross Country
Geneva Cross Country
Chubb is in his fourth season with the Browns and has already made his mark on the NFL. He has 3,819 yards rushing and 31 touchdowns on the ground. He added 598 yards through the air and another two scores.
He’s widely considered one of the best running backs in the game and when paired with Kareem Hunt, Cleveland boasts the best backfield in the NFL. Earlier this offseason, Chubb and the Browns agreed to a three-year, $36 million extension which means he will spend his prime with the team that drafted him.
As good as he has been off the field, Chubb has been just as strong of a presence off it as well. This is just another example of him doing good work in the community to help those who cheer him on every week.
