The Cleveland Browns will have some tough decisions to make this coming offseason, which could lead to these 5 players finding a new home

We are halfway through the 2020 season as the Cleveland Browns are preparing for their game in Cincinnati against the Bengals.

They’re also likely kicking the tires on a few moves with the 2021 NFL trade deadline just hours away. While they might not pull the trigger on anything, they’ll still kick ideas around for sure.

While the front office in Cleveland is focused on what to do in order to make 2021 as successful as possible, we can look ahead as we do here with a prediction of five players who won’t be back with the Browns in 2022.

Cleveland Browns player who won’t return No. 5: Andrew Billings

There was a lot of excitement when the Browns signed Andrew Billings ahead of the 2020 season but fans had to wait a full season before seeing him in action with their club. That was due to Billings’ decision to sit out last year due to COVID-19 concerns.

Billings did return in 2021 but so far, he’s been a non-factor. The former Baylor star has yet to start a game for the Browns and it took him until Week 5 to even record his first tackle with the team —‚ and it remains his lone stat on the season.

Cleveland added Billings following a four-year stint with the Cincinnati Bengals. He was expected to be a run-stuffer at nose tackle but so far, it appears they made a mistake in letting Larry Ogunjobi walk in favor of Billings.
