The Cleveland Browns will need to have some bold predictions come through in order to get a win that will keep them in the playoff hunt

The day was November 6th, 1995. That was the day former Cleveland Browns owner Art Modell made the decision to move his team to Baltimore — where they became the hated Ravens. This writer will never forget that day and how that move has haunted this organization ever since.

Why does the older generation of Browns fans loath the team in Baltimore? That is why. It was definitely a bold move on the part of Modell to bolt Cleveland for crab cakes.

Anytime the Browns play the Ravens, they are always very emotional games for all involved, from the players to the coaches, to the fans. We will have the luxury of waiting all day before we get the watch the battle between these two divisional rivals on Sunday night.

Last season, these two teams had an NFL game classic on Monday Night Football when the Ravens narrowly escaped Cleveland with a 47-42 win. It was a battle where all the stars of the game showed up to play. Quarterback Baker Mayfield played a great game throwing touchdown passes to his teammates such as Kareem Hunt. Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was running wild on the Browns defense that night too.

Sunday’s game is big for both teams as this is a duel where the Browns face the Ravens in back-to-back games, which is a rarity in the league. Cleveland gets its long-awaited bye week after playing Baltimore the first time and then they will play again on December 12th. During Cleveland’s bye week, the Ravens get the bonus of going to Pittsburgh to try and beat the Steelers. That’s definitely an advantage for the Browns as they are resting.

So, with that bit of a back story let’s get ready for Sunday Night Football and tackle a few more bold predictions in this game.
