4 Cleveland Browns whose stock increased even with a loss

Cleveland Browns Rising Stock No. 3 – Jarvis Landry
Although Jarvis Landry had one complete bonehead play Sunday night, he really shined in the loss to the Ravens. I’m giving him a pass on the fumble because I have no idea why Kevin Stefanski would have called a wide receiver pass in that situation. However, Landry should no better than to hold the ball that long, you could see the fumble coming a full second before it even happened.
On the receiving side of things, Landry was spectacular. He had six catches for 111 yards on 10 total targets. He was getting open on crossing routes in play-action situations, and he was creating extra yards after the catch as well.
He also made a tremendous catch towards the end of the game where it looked for certain that the Ravens were going to get an interception. I will admit that comeback along the sideline at the end of the game is a play Jarvis typically makes. It would have been a stellar catch, but one the team really needed.
I’m not saying Landry has convinced me he is worth $16.5 million next season, but in a game where all wide receivers and tight ends struggled to get any separation, Landry was open multiple times.
