Cleveland Browns prediction No. 4: Baker Mayfield finishes strong with 10 Tds, only one pick

Right now, the pitchforks are out for Baker Mayfield. The fourth-year quarterback has not had his best campaign as he enters the bye with 2,413 yards and an 11-to-6 touchdown-to-interception ratio. While he has nearly thrown twice as many touchdowns as he has picks, it’s still far too few touchdowns for No. 6 — even in an offense that leans heavily on the run.

While the ground game is key in Cleveland, Mayfield has to get the respect of defense in order for this offense to reach its full potential. Kevin Stefanski understands this and will do what he can to make adjustments and get the passing game humming again.

Mayfield will benefit from this by throwing 10 touchdowns and just one interception in the final five games, giving him a respectable stat line once again.

Cleveland Browns prediction No. 3: Nick Chubb wins the NFL rushing title

Nick Chubb is currently fourth in the NFL with 867 yards rushing and seems to be way too far behind Jonathan Taylor and his 1,205 yards to catch up. But saying he won’t do so wouldn’t be very bold.

Sunday was a blip for Chubb who had a hard time getting rolling and that’s going to motivate him to truly take off. In the final five games, Chubb will top the 100-yard mark and with a couple games that approach 200, he will overtake Taylor in Week 18.
