Garrett Wilson Projected: 1st Round

Speaking of Buckeyes who can play, maybe you’ve heard of Garrett Wilson.

The other half of Ohio State’s elite receiving duo has been a stud since day one in Columbus. He turned heads with some ludicrous catches against Michigan and Clemson his freshman year and hasn’t looked back since, demonstrating on a regular basis that no matter the stage and no matter the coverage he will find a way to haul a pass in.

Wilson’s excellent athleticism and physique have given him a big advantage over DBs in college, and enabled him to make highlight reel catches throughout his time in Columbus. He’s an option out of the backfield on options and end arounds as well as on screens, and he just continues to improve as an all around offensive weapon.

This one, like Olave, is difficult to measure for the Browns. With how remarkable they’ve been they could be picked anywhere in the first round, but it’s almost guaranteed that Wilson will  be off the board before round 1 ends.

With the Browns projected to pick around the middle of the pack it may fall to luck and how pressing the needs of teams further up play out. No doubt however that Wilson will be a hot commodity.
