Cleveland Browns mock draft: Garrett Wilson brings his talent up North
Cleveland Browns Mock Draft Round 4: Trey McBride, TE, Colorado State
With the uncertainty of David Njoku’s future in Cleveland as well as Austin Hooper, another young, talented tight end couldn’t hurt for the Browns. It is obvious Kevin Stefanski enjoys running three right end sets and Trey McBride is a great pass catcher which could be great for the play-action game in Cleveland.
Cleveland Browns Mock Draft Round 5: Colby Wooden, DT, Auburn
The Browns will likely need starting-caliber defensive tackles next season and while Colby Wooden may be more of a depth piece, he is more than capable of being a rotational piece in his rookie season. Wooden provides versatility to bounce outside as well as be a force on the interior standing at 6-foot-5 and 278 pounds.
Cleveland Browns Mock Draft Round 6: Trajan Jeffcoat, EDGE, Missouri
As mentioned earlier, depth is needed at the edge-rusher position for the Cleveland Browns. Trajan Jeffcoat could add some good depth to a room that will be almost empty after the 2021 season. In this past season for Missouri, Jeffcoat racked up 34 total tackles (10 for a loss), 3.5 sacks a forced fumble and the big man even found his way into the end zone. 6-foot-4 and 276 pounds will only add size to the depleted defensive end room led by Myles Garrett.
Cleveland Browns Mock Draft Round 7: Joseph Ngata, WR, Auburn
Even though the Browns already added receiver Garrett Wilson in the first round of this draft, another playmaker added to the receiver room definitely couldn’t hurt. Ngata finished this past season with 23 catches for 438 yards and a touchdown in 8 games.
Ngata suffered a foot injury during the season which resulted in him missing a portion of the season. Ngata has the size and speed to make him a solid NFL wide receiver.
