The Cleveland Browns are officially in offseason mode and their 2022 list of opponents has been released. Let’s check and see how the list looks.

The Cleveland Browns ended the 2021 season on a winning note. Although vs. most second-team players for the Cincinnati Bengals, the Browns managed to get the win and save another 10-loss season and a fourth-place finish in the division from happening.

A win also moved them to pick No. 13, instead of No. 10 if they had fallen to the Bengals like some believe they should have. I look at it this way, I have seen the Browns screw up draft picks far earlier than No. 10, so moving back three spots isn’t that big of a deal. I think it was far more important to get the winning feeling and build some momentum heading into 2022.

One thing that can’t be overlooked is the Cleveland Browns will now have a third-place schedule instead of a fourth-place had they lost. The Browns edged out the Ravens who finished at 8-9 as well but were only 1-5 within the AFC North.

Listen, teams that win year in and year out always play a first-place schedule and still find a way to be competitive. Saying you didn’t have success because you had a tough schedule is the same thing as saying you just weren’t that good.

There is no doubt that the Browns have a ton of talent on the roster, but they still haven’t figured out how to put all the pieces together. 2021 was a year of injuries, COVID19, and drama within the organization, so there is no doubt everyone in the organization is ready to just move on.

We don’t know the order yet, but we do know home and away opponents for the 2022 season.  Here is a sneak peek of what the schedule will look like.
