Cleveland Browns: 6 potential landing spots for Jarvis Landry
Jarvis Landry Potential Landing Spot No. 2
New England Patriots
Pairing Jarvis Landry with Bill Belichick sounds like a match made in heaven for both the receiver and the coach. Belichick would love the attitude and work ethic Landry brings to the table and Landry would benefit from getting coached by arguably the best to ever do it.
We all know what kind of leader Landry is and he is the perfect player to represent the Patriot way. He is a guy who comes in, works his butt off, and does his job. Now, it might not seem like he did a great job in 2021 with the Browns, but he still led the team in receptions and yards.
Mac Jones, who had a solid rookie outing, would benefit from a guy like Landry, who could act as another security blanket. Jones finished his debut NFL season with 3,804 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions. He led the Patriots to the playoffs but did not stay long as the Buffalo Bills handled them and sent them packing.
Jakobi Meyers led the Patriots in receptions (83) and yards (866) while fifth-year veteran Kendrick Bourne caught 55 passes for 800 yards and five scores. Tight end Hunter Henry led the team in touchdown receptions with nine. The two young receivers could benefit from learning under the learning tree of Landry.
