Post scouting combine Cleveland Browns mock draft goes in a new direction

Cleveland Browns Round 4 Pick: Mario Goodrich, CB, Clemson
M.J. Stewart is set for free agency and while the Browns would like to keep him, there’s no guarantee they can. They also have to consider adding more depth at corner due to the injuries that have plagued them at the position for years.
Enter Mario Goodrich, a former team captain at Clemson. Goodrich continued to grow as a player every season with the Tigers until really breaking out in his final season.
Cleveland Browns Round 4 Pick: Troy Anderson, LB, Montana
One of the winners at linebacker this weekend was Troy Anderson from Montant. The Draft Network scouting team was high on him and said he could be an immediate impact player on day two.
"“An All-American on the offensive side of the football during his time as a Bobcat, Troy Andersen, expectedly, opened eyes, to say the least. A 4.41 40-yard dash for a prospect with the ability to work all over the second level of a defense? Teams in need of an immediate impact linebacker on Day 2 should be pounding the table for him.” — The Draft Network Scouting Team"
Cleveland gives him a shot here as they add a potential replacement for Anthony Walker and as a day three pick in this mock, he feels like a steal.
Cleveland Browns Round 4 Pick: Alec Pierce, WR, Cincinnati
Another steal comes with their second pick in Round 4 as the Browns land Alec Pierce from Cincinnati. Pierce was one of the many wideouts to put up an impressive time in the 40-yard dash and he also offers great size at 6-foot-3 and 211-pounds. Cleveland doubles up at the position as they continue the overhaul of their weakest spot on the roster.
