3 post-combine possibilities for Cleveland Browns at pick No. 13

Cleveland Browns Pick No. 13 Prospect No. 2 – Jordan Davis, Defensive Tackle, Georgia
I think everyone knew coming into the draft that Jordan Davis was an absolute freak, but when the 341-pound defensive tackle ran a 4.78 40-yard dash in Indy, the world stopped spinning for just a moment.
I watched Davis a ton in the two final games of the College Football Playoffs in 2021 because I knew he could be a potential fit for the Cleveland Browns. I’ll be honest, he didn’t blow me away.
Yes, he made some plays and is a huge body, but I felt like he wasn’t on the field enough to be a legitimate NFL star. I stated in the beginning that I trust the film more than the combine, but Davis may be the exception.
Seeing him run that fluid, and what looked to be like 20 pounds lighter than the end of college football, he could be a dominant force and is worth considering at pick No. 13.
The Browns have two smaller defensive tackles now in Jordan Elliott and Tommy Togiai, but the team is missing that dominant run stuffer and left them extremely vulnerable up the middle last season. With Davis showing that speed, he can also instantly collapse a pocket and allow a guy like Myles Garrett to completely disrupt a football game.
I know it’s hard to use such a high pick on a defensive tackle, but the need is great for the Browns, it just might be worth it.
