No. 2 player with elite speed the Cleveland Browns should target- Skyy Moore, wide receiver, Western Michigan

The Cleveland Browns cannot go into another season without a wide receiver that can consistently stretch the field. The offense has been often handicapped by their inability to have a true down-the-field threat that can take the top off a defense. A player that could do that for them in this draft is Western Michigan’s Skyy Moore.

At the combine, Moore showed his speed in running a 4.41 40-yard dash, though he often looks even faster on film. Moore consistently does the one thing the Browns haven’t been able to do in years, he destroys man coverage. He has dependable hands, good route running, and the ability to turn on the jets to create elite-level separation.

If the Browns go into this draft and still need to find a field stretcher for the passing game after the first round of the draft Skyy Moore would be a great target. Moore isn’t just a speed guy and he showed that he can handle a ton of targets finishing last season with 95 receptions. In his career at Western Michigan, he averaged 14.5 yards per reception.
