5 moves to finally get the Cleveland Browns to a Super Bowl

Cleveland Browns move to make the Super Bowl No. 4 – Sign a starting-caliber linebacker
The Cleveland Browns will be in a good situation at linebacker for 2022, but they will have very little depth. In Joe Wood’s scheme, you will typically only see two linebackers on the field which will be Jacob Phillips and Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah.
These two guys have been fantastic at times, but both have suffered injuries early in their NFL careers. If one of them would happen to be injured, Sione Takitaki may be the only guy left as Mack Wilson appears to be frustrated with the organization.
Anthony Walker was a good player last year, but I’m not sure the Browns will have a ton of interest in bringing him back. With Phillips and JOK having all the athleticism, I see them bringing in a bigger guy with a lot of experience who can plug a hole in running situations.
Andrew Berry won’t be willing to spend $12-15 million on the position (nor should he), but I do expect him to bring in a guy who can also help in the Locker room.
A guy that didn’t get enough credit in his one season with the Browns but was really a great player is B.J. Goodson. He will once again be a free agent and may be the perfect fit to bring in. Not a super athletic guy, but is great against the run and will be a great mentor for the young players on defense.
