Cleveland Browns Remaining Free Agent Target No. 3 – Will Fuller

One of the names that just feels inevitable of adding is Will Fuller. Not only are the Cleveland Browns in need of help at the receiver position, but he also has a long history with Watson and had been rumored to follow him even before he chose the Browns.

At this time, it’s likely more of a game of chicken as Berry continues to wait so the price tag keeps going down. Fuller really is the perfect fit for the Browns. He has a lot of speed and can be the slot guy who has the ability to stretch the defense.

Remember, the last time he and Watson played together, Fuller had 879 receiving yards to go along with eight touchdowns which are far more productive than any receiver the Browns had in 2021.

So, what’s the catch?

Injuries have been a huge concern. In a six-year career, Fuller has missed 41 regular-season games. When he is healthy, he is great, but he just misses too much game time.

I still see an interest in Fuller on a one-year deal for a very team-friendly number. Fuller will try and show the NFL he can stay healthy, and the Browns could get one fantastic year from him while they try and develop a rookie to take over his position the next season.

I feel like it isn’t an “if” on signing Fuller, it’s more of a “when” it finally happens.
